2001.3畢業(yè)于日本長(zhǎng)崎大學(xué)海洋資源學(xué)專業(yè)獲得博士學(xué)位,2002.10進(jìn)入廈門(mén)大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院生物學(xué)博士后流動(dòng)站從事博士后研究,于2004.8出站。出站后留校,擔(dān)任講師。在教學(xué)方面承擔(dān)了三門(mén)本科生課程(生物化學(xué),生物化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)和食品成份分析與質(zhì)檢),教學(xué)效果經(jīng)學(xué)生和教師測(cè)評(píng)達(dá)到良好以上;在科研方面,主要研究方向?yàn)樯锘瘜W(xué),酶學(xué)以及水產(chǎn)品鮮度。目前作為負(fù)責(zé)人主持4項(xiàng)課題
的研究(國(guó)家基金1項(xiàng),教育部2項(xiàng)和省基金1項(xiàng)),同時(shí)以第二參與者參與了國(guó)家基金和省基金課題各一項(xiàng)的研究;在最近5年內(nèi),以第一作者發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文7篇,其中在本學(xué)科一類核心刊物(SCI)上發(fā)表3篇,二類刊物上4篇;其他合作(第二作者以后)正式發(fā)表論文共 14篇,其中一類核心刊物上發(fā)表7,二類刊物上7篇。

酶的分離純化、結(jié)構(gòu)與功能、構(gòu)象與活力的關(guān)系、酶作用動(dòng)力學(xué)、酶活力調(diào)控機(jī)理、抑制作用機(jī)理;酶產(chǎn)品及酶抑制劑的開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用等。
Our research is focused on the molecular enzymology,including structure,function and kinetics of enzyme; Regulation mechanism of enzymatic activity; Application of enzyme and inhibitors.
