As a student, I know I need a healthy body and mind. With the development of science, there are many kinds of food. But most of them are junk food. Typical meals include rice, dumplings, meat and vegetables. In my opinion, we should eat more green vegetables and a little meat. Too much meat contains too much fat which is bad for health. I think three meals must be eaten on time. I'll eat healthy food and take exercise every day.
